QUESTION: Would the travel agent need to implement this Concur system as well and the customer purchase the tickets they need through the agent? ANSWER: Yes, the travel agent will need to implement Concur. The tickets are purchased through Concur by the employee or travel coordinator, although there will be times when we (the travel department) will contact the travel agent to purchase tickets. QUESTION: What are the specific duties that you are looking for where the travel agent is concerned? ANSWER: The travel agent duties include making sure that all flights are ticketed. If a credit card is declined the travel agent will need to contact the Travel department to let them know.
